At Trakito, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.
1. 14-Day Return Policy
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- All accessories must be included
2. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The device has been activated or used
- The product shows signs of installation or wear
- The SIM card or service has been activated
- Missing accessories or damaged packaging
3. Subscription Services
- Subscription fees (monthly, yearly plans) are non-refundable
- If a free subscription period is included, it is considered activated upon first use
4. Defective or Faulty Products
If your product is defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
We will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Repair, or
- Refund (if replacement is not possible)
5. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization before sending the product
Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
7. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
8. Abuse Policy
Trakito reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or repeated return patterns.
