Location data is collected only from registered devices and is essential for providing tracking services.

E. Mobile App Permissions

The App may request access to location services, camera (for QR code scanning), notifications, and internet connectivity. Permissions can be controlled through your device settings.

F. Website and Online Shop

When you visit trakito.eu or shop with us, we collect:

  • Visit data: IP address, the approximate location it indicates (country, city), browser and device type, pages visited, and how you reached us (for example a search engine, an advert or another website)
  • Checkout details: the email address, name, phone number, billing address, VAT number and cart contents you enter on the checkout page. They are saved as you type, even if you don't complete the order
  • Order details: the products ordered, amounts, billing and delivery address, and payment status
  • Details you send us through the contact form, newsletter sign-up or product reviews

Card payments are processed by our payment providers (Viva.com, Stripe). We never see or store your card details.

We use cookies to keep your cart and session, remember your language, and record how you first reached our website. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide GPS tracking services
  • Display device location and history
  • Send alerts and notifications
  • Manage your account

  • Send one reminder email if you entered your details at checkout but didn't finish the order, or if an order you placed hasn't been paid

We do not sell your personal data.

  • Contractual necessity: Processing required to provide our tracking services
  • Legitimate interest: Service improvement and security, website analytics, and a single reminder about an unfinished checkout or an unpaid order

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
