Setup tips
- Start with the free month to see how often you really need updates.
- Choose a longer plan once you know you'll keep using it; the 24-month plan costs the least per month.
- One account can hold several trackers; each tracker needs its own active plan.
Good to know before you buy
- Trackers "without subscription" are usually Bluetooth tags (like AirTag or TRAKITO Find Tag). They are cheap but only update when a phone passes nearby and have no live GPS.
- Some GPS brands advertise several free years but include only a basic plan, with slow updates or no live tracking. Compare what is included, not only the price.
- If a plan runs out, the tracker keeps its basic functions; live tracking and alerts pause until you renew.
Questions people ask
Is there a GPS tracker without a monthly fee?
Bluetooth tags have no fee but no GPS; they rely on nearby phones. Any tracker that sends its own GPS position uses mobile data, so the cost is either in a plan or built into a higher device price.
What happens after the free month?
Nothing automatically. Tracking pauses until you choose a plan in the app; there is no surprise charge.
Can I cancel?
There is no contract to cancel. A plan simply runs for the months you paid, and you decide whether to renew.
Does one plan cover several trackers?
No, each tracker needs its own active plan, because each has its own SIM. Call Alert is different: one call plan covers every device on your account.
