TRAKITO sells its own tested hardware with its own app and its own support team, not a rebadged tracker with a generic app.
Tested hardware
Every tracker is checked and activated before it leaves us: SIM registered, firmware current, battery charged. The magnetic and pet models are IP65, and the TRM-700 series locates to about 5 m with a u-blox chipset.
An app built for tracking, not a demo
Live Mode streams the position continuously while you watch, real-time mode updates every 30 seconds, and you can set your own interval to save battery. The trackers, the app and our servers also run at one-second updates; because that empties a battery fast, we switch it on per device when you ask us. Route history, geo-fences and several devices on one account are included.
Alerts that reach you
Movement, vibration, geo-fence, speed, low battery and SOS alerts arrive by push, email or Telegram — and with Call Alert, TRAKITO rings your phone, even if the app is not installed on it.
Real people in Greece
Support is our own team in Thessaloniki, by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or email, in 30 languages. Orders leave our own warehouse, so we can answer where your parcel is.
Need one-second tracking?
For racing, testing or a recovery in progress, our team can set your tracker to report every second. It is not a switch in the app because the battery drains in hours instead of days, so just contact support and we enable it for your device.

How the weight is worked out
We add up the weight of everything in your basket and add 150 g for the box and padding. The total decides the band in the table above.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed on a working day are packed the same day or the next. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. Delivery times are the carrier's working-day estimates and do not include public holidays.
Where we deliver
We deliver inside the European Union only, so there are never customs charges or import VAT to pay. We cannot currently ship outside the EU.
